Availability and full design support capabilities for a new RF transceiver from Analog Devices has been announced by Richardson RFPD. The ADRV9009 is tuneable from 75MHz to 6GHz, providing designers with a single radio platform to accelerate the deployment of 5G, sustain 2G/3G/4G coverage, and simplify phased array radar design.

An evaluation board developed by GaN Systems and pSemi is available with full design support at distributor Richardson RFPD. The GS61008P-EVBHF 100 V buck converter evaluation board allows the user to evaluate GaN Systems’ 100 V GS61008P E-Mode GaN transistor with the pSemi PE29101 gate driver in a half-bridge configuration.

Availability and full design support capabilities for a new reference design from RECOM Power (RECOM) have been announced by distributor Richardson RFPD. The R-REF01-HB reference design consists of a half-bridge suitable for voltages up to 1kV and a fully-isolated driver stage with isolated power supplies for the low-side and the high-side switching transistors.

Availability and full design support capabilities for the 1011GN-1200V power transistor from Microsemi has been announced by Richardson RFPD. The 1011GN-1200V is an internally-matched, common source, class AB, GaN on SiC HEMT capable of providing over 18.5dB gain, 1200W of pulsed RF output power at 32µs, and 2% duty cycle pulse format across the 1030 to 1090MHz band.

The BMOD0189P051B2A 51V module is based on Maxwell Technology’s 48V module platform and includes the benefits of DuraBlue Advanced Shock and Vibration Technology. The MRFX1K80H is the first product in NXP's MRFX series. It is designed to deliver 1800W CW at 65V for applications from 1.8 to 400MHz and is capable of handling 65:1 VSWR.
