Laird Technologies Recognized by Volkswagen as Best Antenna Supplier for 2010

Laird Technologies, Inc., a global leader in the design and supply of customized performance-critical components and systems for advanced electronics and wireless products, today announced that its Hildesheim, Germany facility has been recognized by Volkswagen (VW) as Best Antenna Supplier for 2010. The company received the award for its excellence in automotive antenna technology, quality, and delivery during a ceremony September 29, 2010, at the VW facility in Kassel, Germany.

The award for the best suppliers of 2010 by VW involved selecting the 10 best suppliers out of a total of 4,000 suppliers from over 40 countries. Winners were selected for their performance in the delivery timing, delivery flexibility, delivery communication and logistics, and quality control in the supply chain process.
