Rohde & Schwarz has expanded the application field of its R&S RTO oscilloscopes to include Ethernet interface testing. The new R&S RTO-K22 and R&S RTO-K23 Ethernet compliance options allow users to perform standard-compliant automated tests on 10/100/1000BASE-T and 10GBASE-T Ethernet interfaces. All compliance tests meet IEEE and ANSI Ethernet test specifications.  

Rohde & Schwarz now offers up to 10 kW of power in a frequency range from 9 kHz to 225 MHz with its R&S BBL200 amplifier family. Thanks to a new liquid cooling system, these models are quieter and more compact than ever before. The high output power of the amplifier family makes the models ideal for EMS tests where high field strengths are required.

Rohde & Schwarz is looking to increase its penetration of the mainstream and fast growing segment of the oscilloscope market. Rohde & Schwarz is now offering a 500MHz analysis bandwidth on its FSW high-end signal and spectrum analysers. The R&S FSW67 from Rohde & Schwarz is a new high-end signal and spectrum analyser with a frequency range up to 67GHz, plus an integrated preamplifier up to 67 GHz and an analysis bandwidth as high as 320MHz. The analyser helps developers perform complex measurement tasks in the microwave range for aerospace & defenc e applications and wireless communications.

Rohde & Schwarz has enhanced its new R&S SMW200A high-end vector signal generator by adding the R&S SMW K540 option for envelope tracking. This option enables quick and easy testing of envelope tracking power amplifiers for smartphones, base stations and tactical radios.

Rohde & Schwarz’s BBA150 broadband amplifier is now also available with a frequency range from 2.5GHz to 6GHz. The new frequency range is an addition to the already existing range from 0.8GHz to 3GHz. The amplifiers, which have been optimised for high frequencies, deliver high output power, and are still compact and lightweight.
