Highly scalable module designed for industrial temperature range
  Kontron has introduced its new COMe-m4AL10 (E2) module. The module is available with either Intel Atom, Intel Pentium or Intel Celeron processors of the latest 5th generation. With dimensions of only 84x55mm, it is a suitable solution for space-limited applications; furthermore the E2 version is designed for use in the industrial temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.

Kontron acquires industrial mainboard business from Fujitsu
Kontron S&T has signed an asset deal with Fujitsu Technology Solutions, headquartered in Munich, Germany to acquire the Augsburg-based Fujitsu industrial mainboard business. In October last year, the Fujitsu Group had announced the closure of its Augsburg site by the end of September 2020. The transaction is subject to antitrust approvals.

Kontron has introduced the new SMARC-sXAL4 module. The module is available with either Intel Atom, Intel Pentium or Intel Celeron processors of the latest generation. With dimensions of only 82x50mm, it can be used flexibly, and the E2 version is designed for use in an extended temperature range from -40 to +85°C.

Single board computer VX3106 for embedded systems in transportation
Kontron has announced the VX3106. The 3U VPX SBC features an a 64-bit ARM Cortex-v8 A72 based processor with speeds up to 1.8GHz, main memory up to 16GB DDR4 and up to 64GB of eMMC. Its soldered memory, 1Gb FRAM technology for memory retention over power loss, low power consumption and tolerance of temperature ranges from -20 to 65°C makes it well suited for applications in the transportation, avionics, and defence industries.
