Due to the increasing global spread of coronavirus and based on the recommendations of the German Federal Government and the Bavarian State Government, Messe München feels compelled to postpone automatica 2020.

The trade fair for intelligent automation and robotics, automatica will take place in Munich from 16th-19th June. One main focus of the event will be on making automobile production more flexible.
Will robots help the UK after Brexit?
The number of industrial robots installed in the United Kingdom ranks 22nd worldwide with only 91 units per 10,000 employees in the manufacturing Industry – International Federation of Robotics reports. Majority of UK and US workers positive about AI
The use of machines that are enabled by AI to handle tasks independently will enrich the workplace, according to a new report released during automatica 2018, trade fair for robots and automation; however, many employees surveyed for the report consider the term 'artificial intelligence' to be misleading as a machine cannot learn intelligently or act autonomously like a human being.
Meet and greet service robots at automatica 2018
Interact with robots and see them in action at the dedicated Service Robotics Demo Park at automatica 2018. From 19th-22nd June, in Hall B4, over a dozen exhibitors will be showcasing a wide range of professional service robots, in applications from detection and individual picking of objects, cleaning and transport to rehabilitation, personal assistance and public relations.
