6-in-1 oscilloscope captures all important events

The new 6-in-1 instrument 3000T X-Series oscilloscope from Amplicon has an 8.5in capacitive touch screen, bandwidth ranges of 100MHz to 1GHz, 5GSa/s (2.5GSa/s half channels) sampling rate, 4Mpts memory depth and an update rate of up to 1,000,000 wfm/s, allowing detailed and precise waveforms to be displayed. It allows as much of the waveform as possible to be observed with little blind time, ensuring no important events are missed.

All-in-one instrument combines DMM and DC power supply

Amplicon has added Agilent Technologies U3606B combined digital multimeter/DC power supplies to its product range.The instrument is an alternative to using a power source for tests on a device under test (DUT) and a multimeter for power measurements. An alternative to using two separate products, the all-in-one unit combines a 5½ digit digital multi-meter and 30 Watt power supply, which operate simultaneously and independently.

CPLD-based USB digital I/O modules ease strain on CPU

Amplicon now has the latest USB digital I/O modules from ADLINK, the USB-7230 and USB-7250. These modules are a real alternative to PCI/PCIe based I/O, where there is limited expansion available on a PC motherboard, or for use with laptops and other portable applications.

They feature up to two-channels with 10 fA/100 nV or 100 fA/100 nV measurement resolution and 210 V, 3 A DC/10.5 A pulse source capabilities.
