Model series 379-372-XXX are 75Ω fixed attenuators with an operating frequency range of DC to 3000 MHz. Standard attenuation values are 3, 6, 10, and 20 db. Maximum VSWR is 1.30:1, the temperature range is -55°C to +100°C and the RF connectors are F male / F female.
These attenuators were designed for cable telecommunications applications to reduce the amount of power delivered in a transmission line without introducing much noise or distortion. Other RF connector types and genders are available. Additional applications include telecommunication systems, test equipment, and satellite communications programs.
