Maxim has introduced the MAX9943/MAX9944/MAX9945 family of high-voltage, low-power operational amplifiers. Designed for power- and space-constrained applications, these high-voltage op amps deliver superior precision (MAX9943/MAX9944) and ultra-low noise (MAX9945). The MAX9943/MAX9944 are ideal for sensor signal conditioning, high-performance industrial instrumentation, and loop-powered systems. The MAX9945 is well suited for portable medical and industrial applications that require low-noise analog front-ends.
The MAX9943 (single) and MAX9944 (dual) op amps operate from a wide, 6V to 38V supply and consume 550microamps quiescent current per amplifier to minimize power consumption. These highly precise op amps have 100microvolt (max) input-offset voltage and 0.4 microvolt/degree Celsius offset drift. They offer a gain-bandwidth product of 2.4MHz.

The MAX9945 features 15nV/rt-Hz input-voltage noise density and 1fA/rt-Hz input-current noise density, making it ideal for noise-sensitive applications. This device operates from a 4.75V to 38V supply and consumes a low 400microamp quiescent current. It has a gain-bandwidth product of 3MHz.

This family of high-voltage op amps is specified over the -40 degrees Celsius to +125 degrees Celsius automotive temperature range.
