Mark Lippett is an experienced semiconductor executive and entrepreneur. As CEO of XMOS, he has pioneered intelligent processing at the Edge. Mark joined XMOS in 2006, and has built the company from a startup specialising in audio and voice technology to the cutting-edge of flexible, high-performance silicon, leveraging deterministic, parallel architecture to power AI-enabled Edge solutions.
With over 30 years in the technology sector, Mark has deep expertise in semiconductor architectures and real-time processing. Prior to XMOS, he founded, built, and exited Ignios, and was a consulting engineer for Bell Labs in his role as founder of Silicon Foundations. He holds an MEng, MBA and four patents in multi-processing architectures and algorithms.
