GL Announces Wireless, Packet, and TDM Testing Products at CTIA Wireless 2010

GL Communications Inc. announced today its participation in CTIA Wireless 2010 to be held From March 23-25, at Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, USA. Speaking to the press, Mr. Rob Bichefsky, Senior Manager of Product Development, said, “GL Communications Inc is one of the leading suppliers of telecom test and measurement equipments to the worldwide telecom industry, and it has a wide ranging products for Wireless networks. These will be on display at the upcoming CTIA show to be held at Las Vegas.

And GL’s newest T3 (DS3) E3 T1 E1 Ethernet Analyzer Pod is one of the smallest and lightest (weighing only 1.75 lbs) analyzer units when connected to Notebook PC is capable of capturing two full T3 (DS3) / E3 data streams, dropping and inserting T1 or E1, full Ethernet analysis, and HDLC, ATM, FR, and PPP Analysis.”

Mr. Bichefsky further added, “GL's VoIP and IP products generate / analyze thousands of calls / traffic simultaneously with traffic types such as frames, packets, voice files, digits, video, tones, noise, and fax using G.711, G.729, AMR, EVRC, GSM and a range of other codecs. Additional features include visual analysis, real-time listening, and recording.”
