The V950ME22-LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of 3 dBm at 10 Vdc supply while drawing 25 mA (typical) over the temperature range of -40º to 85º C. This VCO comes in Z-Comm’s standard MINI-14S package measuring 0.5 in. x 0.5 in. x 0.22 in. It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements. The V950ME22-LF is also ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.

V950ME22-LF is well suited for satellite communication and digital radio applications that require ultra low phase noise performance.
