SMD filters offer up to 30 dB out-of-band rejection
Availability of the Knowles (DLI) portfolio of broadband SMD filters has been announced by distributor RFMW.
The portfolio uses patented ceramic substrate with materials exhibiting excellent temperature stability and high K factors.
Combined, these characteristics enable small size with high performance.
For example, the B259MC1S is a 24.25 to 27.5 GHz bandpass filter with a typical insertion loss of 2.9 dB.
Measuring 5.5 x 2.3 x 1.8 mm, this surface mount filter offers up to 30 dB out-of-band rejection.
Catalogue devices come complete with integrated shielding and the surface mount versions are designed for use on most RF PWB materials.
Evaluation boards are available for qualifying programs.
