Conformal Coating Inspection system debuts at SMTAI
At SMTA International 2014, September 30th to October 1st in Illinois, USA, CyberOptics will exhibit the CX150i Conformal Coating Inspection system for the first time. Company representatives will be in Booth #218 to display the CX150i, as well as the SE600 3D SPI system.
Utilising a UV strobed inspection module, the CX150i system offers simple, fast and reliable conformal coating inspection. White light illumination enables component presence/absence inspection while UV illumination allows for conformal coating inspection. Designed with an 80MP sensor, the CX150i enables faster, simpler and smarter programming with autonomous image interpretation technology.
Designed with a state-of-the-art dual illumination sensor, the SE600 3D SPI system is claimed to offer the best repeatability and reproducibility – even on the smallest paste deposits. Full touch screen capability and world-class user experience is enabled by the SPIv5 series software for easy, flawless inspection. The SE600 software portfolio includes CyberPrint OPTIMIZER, a unique value-add programme which automatically optimises your printing process.
