Geehy Semiconductor’s G32F463 series of high-performance microcontrollers has been shortlisted for the Electronics Excellence Awards under the Semiconductor category.
The G32F463 is Geehy’s high-performance 32-bit microcontroller series for applications that combine real-time processing, data acquisition, high-speed peripheral interfaces, and embedded control. Its feature set is designed to help developers consolidate multiple functions on a single MCU platform.
Computing and memory: an Arm Cortex-M4F core operates at up to 192MHz and includes a single-precision floating-point unit (FPU). With 256KB Flash, 128KB system SRAM, and 4KB backup SRAM, the device offers resources for control firmware, data buffering, and application processing.
Connectivity and data handling: the series provides USB OTG HS and one or two QSPI interfaces, depending on the device variant. These peripherals support USB-connected equipment and designs that use external serial memory.
Control and analog integration: three 12-bit ADCs, one 12-bit DAC, advanced 16-bit timers with PWM capabilities, and two DMA controllers support signal acquisition and time-sensitive control tasks. An LCD controller (LCDC) is available on selected variants, supporting display-oriented designs.
Potential applications include industrial controllers, entry-level motor-control equipment, computer peripherals, and smart household appliances. By combining processing, analog, timing, and interface resources, the G32F463 gives engineers a versatile foundation for integration-focused designs. Available peripherals and pin counts vary by package.
