This new role will include selling and supporting Power Electronics test systems and selling Schaffner-Electrotest cable and back-plane test instruments and Electro-Emulation systems in the UK.
This role is expected to expand the present customer base by further developing Schaffner’s wide expertise in the Power Electronics industry in such area’s as Power Semiconductors, UPS, Fuel cells, Motors & Drives, DVT systems and emerging power electronics test requirements. Electo-Emulation testing in the automotive and rail industries is growing rapidly and dedicated sales effort is required to capitalise on this.
With over 25 years of experience in the ATE industry, the last seven being focussed on Power Electronics, Colin has an extensive knowledge of the programming and fixturing requirements of automated testing
