Forum addresses 2019 semiconductor market prospects

If you are viewing 2019 with some trepidation, given the raft of global uncertainties engulfing at least three of the world's continents, from tariffs to Brexit; trade wars to equity corrections, welcome to the club.

How to make sense of these uncertainties on the semiconductor industry will be discussed and answered at the IFS Semiconductor Outlook forum by Future Horizons CEO Malcolm Penn.

As Penn observes, “It’s time for cool heads and focus on the fundamentals.”

At last year's IFS, Future Horizons correctly forecast the 2017 capacity shortages and the 2018 super-cycle, at a time when all other analysts were predicting low industry growth.

The company’s analyses explained why it believed it was right, and ensuing events subsequently vindicated those views.
