One category of strip and spot lights is intended for augmenting the often inadequate lights built into machine tools. They are ideal if manual intervention in the machining area is frequent, such as for retooling or component inspection. Enhanced illumination is also preferable for installations with video monitoring.
Another range of lighting concentrates on bench-top use, especially for assisting inspection and assembly. Magnifying lenses with ring illumination can also be supplied, complete with flexible tube or articulated arm positioning and a mounting base.
