Operating over a bandwidth of 1-2GHz, the limiter features 200W CW power handling and up to a 1000W of peak power handling under 300μs and 10% duty cycle pulse conditions. The passive, fully matched device integrates the equivalent of 19 discrete diode and passive components into a single low RGA, fully hermetic package measuring a compact 10.1×6.2×3.2mm. The MADL-011014 provides 0.35dB insertion loss and 19dBm flat leakage power at +55dBm.
