Phihong has recently announced the release of its new short-form catalog. The Phihong Technology Power Solutions catalog provides customers with a comprehensive list of the company's product line, which includes fixed and interchangeable-plug wall plug adapters, car chargers, desktop adapters, open frame power supplies, LED drivers, and Power-over-Ethernet products, as well as recommended applications for the product lines. Additionally, the catalog offers a wealth of detailed information regarding the many global energy efficiency regulations, both mandatory and voluntary, with which a growing number of Phihong adapter products comply.

Our new Power Solutions catalog features short form specs and application information for our expanded adapter, open-frame power supply, and PoE product lines, providing customers with the information they need to effectively select and specify products, said Keith Hopwood, vice president of marketing for Phihong. The catalog also highlights our growing line of high-quality, environmentally responsible power adapters, as well as our recent advances in high-power PoE technology, both of which help us to maintain our position as a leader in power electronics and Power-over-Ethernet solutions.

The Phihong Technology Power Solutions catalog contains a listing of the company's complete product line, including standard EISA and ENERGY STAR® EPS Version 2.0-compliant desktop, wall-mount, and interchangeable AC plug adapters; open-frame, switch-mode power supplies for information technology and medical applications; LED drivers; IEEE802.3af and IEEE802.3at-compliant single- and multi-port PoE midspans and splitters; and Phihong's new Ultra and Mega PoE midspans, which provide between 60 and 95W of power per port. The catalog also provides application information, complete with product suggestions and spec charts, for a number of OEM solutions, including lighting, personal electronics, network power and IP security, home entertainment, and battery chargers.

Additionally, in support of Phihong's commitment to providing OEMs with the quality, cost-effective, versatile, and green products that end-customers demand, the Power Solutions catalog also features in-depth information about many of the global energy efficiency regulations that Phihong strives to not only comply with, but to exceed. Such regulations include the U.S.-based Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (EISA) and ENERGY STAR® EPS Version 2.0, as well as standards from Canada, the European Union, Australia/New Zealand, and Korea. The catalog also contains a comprehensive listing of the many safety agencies that Phihong works with in order to obtain and maintain its products' safety approvals in support of OEM requirements worldwide.
