TE/Corcom EVX high voltage DC EMI filters from Mouser

Designed to handle high power from 75kW to 2.4Mw fast chargers, the EVX EMI filters are an ideal choice for advanced applications, including electric vehicle (EV) Level 3 fast charging, battery energy storage solutions, solar power convertor systems, and power conversion systems.

The TE Connectivity/Corcom EVX high voltage DC EMI filters, now available to order from Mouser, offer three high voltage levels: 500V, 1000V, and 1500V. The filters feature four high attenuation performance levels for EV charging, including standard with or without GND caps, medium, and high performance. The EVX filters meet several important industry standards, including the IEC/EN 61851-23 standard and the UL 2202 standard for EV charging system equipment. The filters support a 150A to 1600A rated current range, as well as an operating temperature range of -40°C to +100°C. Housed in a compact package, the EVX EMI filters can be easily integrated into charging and energy storage designs.
