MV roadmap
LASER COMPONENTS provides a wide range of options for machine vision laser applications, designed to be robust and reliable and offer options in terms of size and shape as well as dot, line, and DOE types.
Off the shelf or specifically designed modules for individual requirements and applications are available. The MVpico has a fixed focus or adjustable option, with separate optical and electronic elements for flexibility . At 50mm length and 10mm diameter, they are still able to achieve 100mW of output power and ideally suited for integration in intelligent 3D vision sensors. Our range starts from MVfemto being only 40mm in length up to the MVSquare which is 65mm in length.
The next addition to the MV series will be a pulsed laser with up to 1W pulse output power. The module will be very similar to the MVpulse but for a higher output power while still having a passive cooling (rather than using the pulse mode for laser safety).
