The 8817 is a GaN HEMT amplifier, built to an advanced design which packs more power and performance into a small unit with a small footprint and provides a greater power density. The amplifier weighs just 570g and measuring 188 x 91.5 x 21.3 mm.
However, the amplifier’s compact size has not compromised its performance – it provides a minimum saturated output power (P-Sat) of 50 watts over the full frequency range. its gain is typically 48 db while the harmonics are low, at -16dBc
