mikroElektronika – MINI boards in DIP40 form factor

MINI boards are small development boards containing PIC32 or ARM microcontroller. They are pin compatible with PIC16F887 and PIC18(L)F45K20 and perfectly fit into standard DIP40 sockets. MINIs operate on 3.3V power supply. On-board voltage regulator allows MINIs to be powered directly from USB cable.

Boards are equiped with SMD crystal oscillator, and 32.768KHz crystal which can be used for internal RTCC module. Each one has a reset button and three signal LEDs. They come preprogrammed with fast USB HID bootloader, so no external programmers are needed for development.

Example in the video shows how easy is to replace your existing PIC18F in DIP40 packaging with any desired MINI board, and have up to 25 times increase in performance.
