Selective soldering system at SMTA LA/Orange County Expo
Kurtz Ersa North America is pleased to announce that it will exhibit at the SMTA LA/Orange County Expo & Tech Forum, scheduled to take place Thursday, October 20, 2016 at The Grand Event Center in Long Beach. Ersa’s team will highlight the Smartflow 2020 and Hotflow 3/20 Reflow system. With the Smartflow 2020, Ersa finally closes the gap from its high-end Versaflow platform to an entry-level machine.
Due to its universal pallet fastening, the Smartflow can handle PCBs up to 508 x 508 mm. In all process steps, the automatic Smartflow system uses the same successful and proven Ersa Selective Soldering Technology as the large Ersa Versaflow systems without compromising quality and accuracy.
With the Ersa Hotflow 3/20, which provides 10 heated zones (top and bottom) and four active cooling zones, Ersa presents a process-efficient solution that is characterised by its high throughput inline operation, low operating cost and very attractive price.
