The combination of the three companies improves the strategic position of UNIPOWER going forward by expanding its commercial product offering as well as giving the company an immediate presence in the Military, Photonics and High-voltage Markets.
Plans are in place to immediately begin to streamline Sales, Marketing and other company functions in order to ensure a smooth transition for customers. It is expected that full integration of the businesses will be concluded within the first quarter of 2011.
