Texas Instruments will present a live webcast entitled "Designing Digital Video Systems Leveraging DaVinciT Technology" on Wednesday, August 30, 2006, at 8:00 a.m. PST/11:00 a.m. EST. The webcast will be lead by Greg Mar, Worldwide DSP SoC Platform Manager for DSP Systems, Texas Instruments, and J.B. Fowler, DSP applications engineer for DSP Systems, Texas Instruments, who will provide designers with technical information on simplifying digital video system design by leveraging DaVinciT technology. During the 90-minute technical session, the panelists will discuss TexasInstruments DaVinciT technology and how it offers unprecedented videointegration for applications such as videophones, streaming media devices, automotive infotainment, digital still camera's, IP set-top boxes, video security systems and digital video products that have yet to be invented. Specific topics will include:
* Designing your next digital video system using TMS320DM644x DaVinci technology processors and development tools. * Speeding system design by integrating the latest production-validated
operating systems, software and multimedia codecs. * Programming the video-optimized TMS320DM644x and Linux-enabled ARM cores via industry-recognized APIs, abstracting the DSP subsystem.

The Webcast will conclude with a question and answer session.
