ProVision Communications has announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with MultiInfoCom, under which the Russian agent will provide ProVision with sales and services across the Russian Federation and CIS territory – namely Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Sierra Leone, Mozambique, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Moldova and Belarus.
MultiInfoCom is a leading system integrator, developer and constructor of multi-technology networks and communication systems, providing a broad spectrum of services for operators within the region.

“MultiInfoCom is an ideal choice as a partner for developing our software and services business with network operators in this area, especially WiMAX operators launching new networks,” said Leon Hardwick, Global Sales Manager of Provision. “Working together we will be in the unique position of being able to offer operators a fully integrated and end-to-end, vendor-agnostic service covering network dimensioning, planning, rollout, IC&I and optimisation activity.”

“ProVision’s network planning and optimisation capability is the perfect complement to our own range of expertise,” added Anton Kritsky, CEO of MultiInfoCom. “By perfoming RF network planning and site optimisation at the earliest possible stage in defining the network we will be able to ensure that operators get the most efficient and cost-effective network topology, thus maximising their return on investment in terms of long-term capacity and lower operating costs as well as in minimising capital expenditure.”
