ISLI Expands MEMS Research Facility
In recognition of the important, increasing role MEMS technology is playing within system level electronics, ISLI (The institute for System Level Integration) has joined forces with the University of Paisley’s Microscale Sensors Group to research and develop integrated CMOS and piezo MEMS devices. Paisley has formally been accepted as an associate member of ISLI and joins the existing full and associate members which include Edinburgh, Glasgow, Heriot Watt, Strathclyde and Lancaster Universities.
