Dialog and Richtek partner for smartphone PMIC solutions

Dialog Semiconductor and Richtek Technology have announced a collaboration partnership. Under the agreement, the two companies will develop and commercialise differentiated power management system solutions for the high-volume, high-growth consumer market in China, focuising on PMICs for the smartphone and tablet market.

Dr. Luke Hsieh, Richtek’s President and CEO, comments: “Dialog’s highly integrated power management technologies dovetail well with Richtek’s substantial product portfolio and channel strength in Asia. This partnership will enable our two companies to develop industry-leading, attractively priced products for the rapidly growing consumer electronics market in China.”
