Based on the popular Rhythm System, the Rhythm Slide is an affordable, high-performance mini-wave selective soldering system for through-hole component soldering and odd-form electronics assemblies.
The system has a process range of 12 x 12 and performs precise dip, drag-and-dip soldering using a precision RPS mini-wave nozzle and a high durability EFD stainless steel flux nozzle — both nozzles articulate below the PCB. As a manual load system, the Rhythm Slide is suited for affordable, high-mix manufacturing.
Computrol will install both Rhythm Slide Selective Soldering Systems at its manufacturing facility in Orem, Utah, where the company specializes in turnkey electronics contract manufacturing; complete electronics assembly; single- and double-sided PCB assembly; cable assembly; wireless harness assembly; supply chain management; SMT, through-hole and mixed PCA; BGA assembly; press-fit and backplane assembly; electro-mechanical and subassembly builds; complete box builds; flying probe test, in-circuit test and functional test; and RoHS compliant/lead-free procurement and assembly.
