Robust output module for harsh environments

Jetter AG, the system provider for mobile automation, is launching its JXM-IO-E09 local output module, specially developed for use in vehicles and mobile working machinery. It can be operated at a voltage of 8 – 32 VDC and at a temperature of -40 to +85 °C.

The module is intended as an extension to the control system and provides high continuous current for the operation of flashing lights, working lights
and other equipment. Four digital outputs providing a maximum output current of 7.5 A are accommodated in a robust plastic housing providing IP67-standard protection. The maximum total current from the outputs is 20 A. The module is controlled via a CANopen interface. It also meets the relevant requirements on harsh environments in respect of shock, vibration and electromagnetic
compatibility. It is used in many applications, for instance in municipal vehicles, delivery and disposal vehicles, agricultural machinery, forestry and construction machinery.
