The A4950 is designed for pulse width modulated (PWM) control of DC motors, and is capable of peak output currents to ±3.5 A and operating voltages to 40 V. The device is AECQ100 Grade 1 qualified and is rated over an extended ambient operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
