Power analysis success for solar powered race cars

It has been announced that the Yokogawa WT5000 Precision Power Analyzer is being used by Solar Team Twente, to maximise their chances of winning the ultimate challenge for solar powered race cars, the biennial Bridgestone World Solar Challenge.

Yokogawa acquires Fluid Imaging Technologies

Yokogawa Electric has completed the acquisition of all shares of Fluid Imaging Technologies. Fluid Imaging Technologies possesses advanced technologies and know-how in the analysis of cells and other types of particles suspended in liquid media, and specialises in the development, manufacturing, and sale of flow imaging instrumentation used to perform particle analysis.

Yokogawa UK partners with TDK-Lambda to extend product offering

Yokogawa UK has signed a distribution deal with power supply provider TDK-Lambda. Through Yokogawa’s distribution channels, customers across the UK will now benefit from easier access to TDK-Lambda’s range of laboratory power supplies.

High voltage analogue input module under development

It has been announced by Yokogawa Electric, that the GX90XA-10-V1 high voltage analogue input module has been developed. The new product will be released on 9th July as part of the OpreX Data Acquisition family of data collection and control solutions.
