Set against the backdrop of Wales Tech Week’s international stage, Cyber Innovation Hub will demonstrate how Wales is fast becoming a hotbed of cyber excellence—driven by cutting-edge R&D, a rapidly growing cluster of companies, and major government-backed investment in skills and innovation.
The Hub’s mission is to increase the number of cyber security businesses in Wales by 50% and upskill 1,500 individuals, subsequently propelling South Wales toward becoming a UK leader in cyber innovation by 2030.
At Wales Tech Week 2025, Cyber Innovation Hub will:
- Highlight Wales’ transformation into a thriving cyber innovation ecosystem
- Offer investors and global stakeholders a gateway into emerging cyber talent and enterprise
- Demonstrate how academia, industry and government are collaborating to build a secure digital future from the heart of South Wales
