Microchip expands MOSFET driver family

Microchip announced the expansion of its family of MOSFET drivers with the new MCP14E6/7/8 and MCP14E9/10/11 low-side MOSFET drivers. The new drivers complement Microchip’s existing 4.5A MCP14E3/4/5 low-side drivers by offering peak output currents of 2A and 3A respectively.
