Multiplexers extend signals up to 140m with Cat X cable

Targeting efficient KVM signal extension over large distances, two Draco CWDM multiplexers have been released by IHSE. The devices' KVM extenders consist of two units (at the work station anda remotely located CPU) and enable the extension of computer signals up to 140m with Cat X cable and 10km with single-mode fiber optic cable.

Extenders enable transmission to 4096x2160 monitors at 30Hz

In addition to enabling the transmission of 4K video signals to a 2560x2048 monitor at a 60Hz frame rate, the Draco vario Dual Link extenders from IHSE now enable this transmission to 4096x2160 and 3840x216 monitors at 30Hz. To extend signals, a Cat X or fibre single data cable is required. Keyboards, pointing devices and storage devices can be connected to the extender via additional USB ports.

Units cross-convert digital signals to analogue VGA output

CON Units, designed for the transmission of digital signals from remotely-located computer units to workstations, have been released by IHSE. The Draco vario extender CON Units are suitable for installations that require video signals produced by modern computers with DVI, DisplayPort or HDMI video outputs to be displayed on legacy VGA-input monitors.

Extenders transmit HD video over DisplayPort interface

A family of custom KVM extenders has been expanded with the introduction of DisplayPort versions. The Draco vario DisplayPort extenders, introduced by IHSE, enable the transmission of HD video and audio data over the DisplayPort interface. DisplayPort, an increasingly popular interface, transmits video and audio signals simultaneously, supports the highest display resolutions, incorporates mechanical locking and is compatible with VGA, DVI and HD...

IHSE integrates eight input switch into single KVM extender

IHSE has announced the release of a Draco CPU Switch for the transmission of video signals together with audio and USB for up to eight computers to one workstation using one interconnect cable. KVM extenders for computer signal extension comprise two parts: CPU Units at the source end connect to computers, whilst CON Units provide signals to peripheral devices, including monitor, keyboards and pointing devices. Cat X and fiber cables provide long...

Easily extend and convert the format of digital signals

Suitable for the bridging of Draco tera switches in case of matrix failures, IHSE has introduced the highly-flexible Draco vario Repeater family. KVM extenders are used for the extension of computer signals up to 140m with Cat X cable and 10km with single-mode fibre optic cable. The installation of repeaters at intervals within a signal path multiplies the distance the signal can be transmitted to.
