Liquid level sensor meets repeatability requirements

Using highly viscous materials in manufacturing processes can become a sticky situation in more ways than one. Clogged float mechanisms, blocked fill ports, masked windows and solid material build up on moving floats often result in sticking floats and frozen outputs along with inaccurate readings and costly maintenance and down-time.

Liquid sensor provides corrosion resistance for harsh environments

The Liquid Level Sensor is available in lengths up to 2m long and is designed for environments where monitoring of a variety of liquid types is required. The sensor uses solid-state capacitive technology to sense the level of the liquid, with no moving parts, floats or other mechanical linkages to provide excellent long term reliability.
