Machining centres boost manufacturing facility output

Based on a proven design used in SMT equipment for over a decade, Count On Tools has introduced the Quad 01005 Ceramic Nozzle. The micro-component nozzle for Quad machines measures 0.32mm OD with a 1.00mm ID. It enables highly accurate, repeatable chip placement for 0201/01005 micro-components.
Count On Tools offers discontinued 702/902 nozzles
Phased out in January 2013, the discontinued 702/902 nozzle for ASM Siplace equipment is being offered by Count On Tools. Due to higher customer demand, COT continued production of the nozzles in anticipation of customers still seeking to use the 702/902 nozzle geometry for 0201 (0.6x0.3mm) and 0402 (1.0x0.5mm) components in their pick-and-place equipment.

At the 2014 NPI Awards, Count On Tools scooped an award for their StripFeeder Modular System version 2. Awarded in the category of Automation Tools, the win marks the company’s third award for the StripFeeder Series in the last year.
