Anritsu’s ShockLine family has been it has won the Frost & Sullivan 2014 Price-to-Performance Leadership award in the Vector Network Analyser (VNA) market. Frost & Sullivan noted that the ShockLine family addresses the need for economical VNAs with the necessary performance to accurately test passive devices.

Producing equipment to test communications networks has to move forward at a breathless pace to keep up with the technology and its test requirements. Anritsu’s latest solution is the MT1100A Network Master Flex, a portable transport tester for optical networks which can measure client signals at data rates up to 100Gb/s and which is suitable for testing the next generation of 400Gb/s network equipment.

Field engineers and technicians are frequently called upon to identify sources of interference and these can be difficult to pinpoint accurately. Anritsu claims to have made the task easier by introducing mobile interference hunting system that will locate sources of interference more accurately, efficiently, and economically.
