2.54mm un-shrouded headers support 50 mating cycles
Capable of supporting a wide variety of board-to-board applications, the EconoStik 2.54mm range of un-shrouded headers has been introduced by FCI. The headers are available in single-row and double-row with vertical through-hole, right-angle through-hole and vertical SMT versions and pin counts up to 72 positions.
The un-shrouded header features a current rating of 3A, a retention force between pin and housing of 9N per pin and is able to withstand voltages as high as 1500VAC. The EconoStik 2.54mm headers are suitable for various board-to-board applications such as industrial control, test equipment, metering, POS machines, set-top box, surveillance equipments and vending machines.
Four equal quality surfaces ensure good mating performance with different types of receptacles while the high temperature resin supports wave soldering and reflow soldering. The resin is UL94V-0 flammability rated, and meets industry standards UL E66906 and CSA LR46923.
