Dr. Jennifer Nelson, Executive Vice President, International at IQT
Dr. Jennifer Nelson’s career at IQT spans over 15 years and various functions that empower her with vast and deep understanding of the company and the mission it serves. She currently serves as Executive Vice President, International where she directs IQT’s overseas investment activities as well as the expansion of IQT’s global footprint. Previously, Dr. Nelson held the position of Chief of Staff for IQT, working to align priorities across the leadership team and develop and implement business strategies designed to execute on the vision of the organisation. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President of Portfolio Success, overseeing technology transfer from IQT’s Portfolio to the Intelligence Community. Dr. Nelson spent five years managing the partnership with the Central Intelligence Agency ensuring strategic alignment and execution for mission needs. She began her career at IQT as a program manager handling security investments for IQT.
Prior to joining IQT in 2009, Dr. Nelson worked at IBM Corporation, where she supported the public sector with technology strategy development.
Dr. Nelson holds bachelor’s degrees in both Finance and Management, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Polytechnic and State University, and a doctoral degree from Vanderbilt University.
