The sensor monitors its environment by infrared and reports the movement of people – in compliance with data protection laws because no camera is used. From the data obtained, companies can deduce whether areas, objects and rooms are being used effectively. In Corona times, for example, companies use the motion sensor to monitor how many people are present in a room.
