Altus gains ISO 9001 certification

Altus has achieved ISO 9001 certification. It promotes the development of continual improvement, customer satisfaction, traceability and international best practices within.

The certification recognises that Altus’ customers can have increased confidence in the company and its processes.

“This certification reflects our commitment to quality, and assures our customers that Altus strive to always be the best,” said Joe Booth, Director – Business Development and Marketing.

“It has been a strange month and one that our sector has faced its fair share of adversity, however we were keen to use the time efficiently and continue to improve to offer our customers more value. That is why I am so pleased that Altus has gained its ISO 9001 accreditation.

“I want to thank the Altus team for their efforts in turning this around in just a few weeks after our initial consultation and in particular a big thank you to Michael Todd, our newly appointed Quality and Operations Manager, who worked hard to ensure we were successful in achieving this highly recognised standard.”

ISO 9001 is a world-wide recognised standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). It provides a framework and set of principles to ensure company management is continually satisfying customers. Following the audits guidelines allows for effective processes to be implemented and the assurance that core quality and business processes remain compliant.
