This makes the motherboard ideal for intelligent application in several market segments, such as medical, digital surveillance, gaming, digital signage, communication and defence.
The MB-i89Q0 comes with four non-ECC Long-DIMM sockets supporting up to 64GB of system memory. Graphics interface supports DVI-I and DisplayPort. High interconnectivity is available through two Gigabit Ethernet ports, four serial ports and six SATA3 ports.
Expansion supports PCI Express x16 / x4 / x1 and 32-bit PCI. Other useful features include Watchdog Timer, PS/2 Keyboard & Mouse port and Intel Active Management Technology 11.0.
Thanks to native USB 3.0 support, the board achieves fast data transmission with low power consumption. A total of four USB 3.0 & ten USB 2.0 ports are provided along with High Definition Audio to provide MIC-in, Line-in and Line-out interfaces.
