The available AEM10940, which will be followed by the AEM10941 and AEM30940 soon, features an ultra low power boost converter with an efficiency of up to 94% with voltage references, energy management circuitry and LDO regulators.
In addition to the converter efficiency, the product also has a cold start capability at an input voltage of only 380mV and an input power of just 11μW. Another benefit is the low number of external components needed.

Various synergies arise between the products offered by e-peas and FEEU’s existing portfolio, as the Value Added Distribution Partner already offers a wide range of components and services that support the development of low power and IoT solutions. Prominent examples include FRAM as well as Ambiq Micro’s MCUs, RTCs and BLE solutions.
