The polygon device wirelessly connects to the computer; through the software, users can assign projects to each face. So for example, the user could finish writing their emails and flip over the device to record the end of that activity and the start of their coffee break. There is also a mobile app in case you leave the office and forget to flip it to ‘slacking off’.
