C2000 Delfino F2837xD MCU – industry’s highest performance dual-core MCU

The new 32-bit floating point C2000 Delfino F2837xD dual-core MCUs enable the consolidation of multiple embedded processing devices for control-based applications. With 800MIPS of total system performance provided by the C28x CPUs with new Trigonometric Maths Unit (TMU) and Viterbi Complex Unit II (VCU II) accelerators and two programmable 32-bit floating-point real-time accelerators (CLAs) on chip, the F2837xD MCUs drive fast system response to changing load conditions.

This new MCU exceeds integration boundaries set by other microcontrollers with its high integrity analogue peripherals such as 16-bit ADCs for precision analogue feedback and a host of other control and communication peripherals, making this single MCU capable of handling multiple complex control tasks simultaneously.
