HBK launches torque sensor at Automotive Testing Expo

Hottinger Brüel & Kjær (HBK) officially unveiled its next-generation torque sensor at the 2024 Automotive Testing Expo (ATE) in Stuttgart, Germany.

A large crowd gathered on the event’s first day to see the presentation of the T110/100 torque sensor by Thomas Lippok, Chief Strategy Officer at HBK, and Markus Haller, Product Manager at HBK.

This new sensor, featuring integrated telemetry and a versatile one-size-fits-all flexible stator, marks a significant advancement. It offers new solutions for engineers facing test bench and measurement challenges, particularly in powertrain testing and electric vehicles. The product is the result of eight years of development.
