With over two decades of leadership experience, including ten years as a multi-unit sales manager across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota, Serina brings extensive expertise to her new role.
Throughout her career, she demonstrated a commitment to business and team member growth through training, coaching, mentoring, and accountability. At Waldom, she will lead all customer service and sales team efforts, focusing on achieving an equilibrium between outstanding customer service and efficient inventory management.
