Yokogawa Test & Measurement launches WT1500 high-precision power analyser

Yokogawa Test & Measurement has launched the WT1500 precision power analyser, designed to meet the surging demand for high-voltage testing equipment in the electric vehicle and renewable energy sectors, as a new addition to its WT series.
The WT1500 is built to handle the kind of high-voltage systems increasingly common in electrified vehicles, battery storage, and power conversion equipment – markets where testing infrastructure has struggled to keep pace with rising voltage demands.
Emerson launches modular testing architecture for automotive display and camera interfaces

Emerson introduced a new modular test architecture designed to address increasing complexity in software-defined vehicles. Built on NI-based technology, the automotive vision device combines a high-performance FPGA core with interchangeable serializer/ deserializer (SerDes) interface devices, enabling engineers to configure test systems for evolving automotive display and camera requirements.
With this launch, Emerson continues to advance the NI PXI platform as an open, modular foundation for evolving test requirements – extending its capabilities for high-performance automotive test applications. It includes the NI PXIe-1480 FlexRIO multiprotocol vision carrier module, which hosts interchangeable interface devices for automotive display and camera testing. The first available interface devices support FPD-Link IV, a high-speed automotive video interface commonly used in advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and in-vehicle display applications.
Teledyne LeCroy introduces CP1000 current probe for measurements up to 1000A

Teledyne LeCroy expands its portfolio of current measurement solutions with the new CP1000 current probe. The AC/DC current probe has been specifically designed for precise measurement of high currents in applications such as traction inverters, motor drives, fast charging stations, energy storage systems, and industrial power electronics. With measurement capability up to 1000A RMS and 1400A peak current, the CP1000 sets new standards for characterising modern high-power systems.
As the first oscilloscope manufacturer to offer a current probe combining 1000A continuous current capability with 1.5MHz bandwidth, Teledyne LeCroy fills the gap between traditional high-current transformers and high-bandwidth laboratory current probes. The CP1000 enables precise measurements in modern power applications.
Pickering expands analog output portfolio for functional test and HIL

Pickering Interfaces has announced three new PXI/PXIe analog output modules. This expands its portfolio of signal sourcing and sensor simulation for functional and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) applications.
The new modules span multi-channel waveform generation, precision digital-to-analog converter (DAC) outputs, and high-density thermocouple simulation, enabling engineers to stimulate embedded controllers with realistic analog, sensor, and waveform conditions from compact, open-platform test systems.
Emerson expands access to high-performance RF test

Emerson announced the latest additions to its NI PXI Vector Signal Transceiver (VST) portfolio designed to expand access to high-performance RF test technologies in cost-sensitive applications, including medical device development and electronic validation and production environments. Emerson will showcase the new NI PXI Core VST instruments at the 2026 IEEE International MTT Symposia in Boston next week.
The new Core VST instruments – including the PXIe-5841 and PXIe-5820 – deliver calibrated, synchronised RF measurements in a modular platform optimised for speed, automation and ease of use. By combining high-performance RF capability with a more accessible price point, the enhanced NI VST portfolio now enables more engineering teams to adopt advanced measurement techniques earlier in development and then scale them up through production with consistency and efficiency.
